Day 1:fundamentals,Regulatory Context and General Design

Module Title/section related Detailed Content Focus
Introduction & Base General Context and Section I: General Provisions Definition of RCC-MRx, its role in Advanced Nuclear (SMR/AMR), and study of Section I (Scope of application, Component Classification, Rules for managing modifications).
Regulation Section II: Compliance with Regulations and Quality Assurance Analysis of the link between the code and national regulatory requirements (e.g., ESPN), and review of Quality Assurance (QA) requirements for code applicability.

 

Day 2:General Design, Detailed Rules, Material, Fabrication, Examination, and Probationary rules

 

 

 

Module Title/section related Detailed Content Focus
Design Section III - Tome 1: General Design Rules Presentation of the general design methodology (Design Conditions, Damage Mechanisms, Allowable Stress Limits) and the fundamental links with Parts 2 through 5 of Section III.
(Phase 1)    
Materials Section III - Tome 2: Materials Requirements for material selection and properties (acceptance criteria, specifications, authorized mechanical properties).
Processes & Examination Section III - Tome 3, 4, and 5: Fabrication, Examination, and welding Review of rules for welding, forming, heat treatments (Part 4); Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) requirements and acceptance criteria (Part 3); and Fabrication (Part 5).
Probationary Phase Rules Section III Tome 6 (RPP) In this section we will see the main RPPs and the mechanisms for introducing, maintaining or removing rules.
Synthesis Conclusion and Future Outlook Summary of key takeaways, Q&A session, and an overview of future developments and amendments to the RCC-MRx code.

 

背景介绍:RCC-MR标准(核装置机械部件设计和建造规则)是由法国核岛设备设计和建造规则协会(AFCEN)编制和出版的技术规范,规定了高温条件下使用部件的设计、材料、制造、检验等技术要求,RCC-MRx为RCC-MR标准的升级版。
